So, even though we have in martial arts a set path set out for them, it's important to understand that everyone has their own journey. So, go create your own success map for each and every single individual student and I'll guarantee you you keep them longer.

There's nothing like exciting classes to really help with your retention, not only from a student point of view, but also a referral if you really want to generate some excitement in your school. Some things that we do is make sure you've got a great programme, but more importantly, instructors are able to deliver that with enthusiasm, are able to deliver that in exciting and a fun way.
