There's a couple of ways to keep the energy in your school up. One thing I love to do after you've had a great class is make sure that we actually say, "Goodbye" to the students before you leave. Make a conscious effort to walk over, shake their hand, and thank them for being on the floor.

So, it's important your instructors and everyone around the school is pumped, enthusiastic, and your classes will be killer.

The downfall is the bigger you get with your team and the bigger your business and your company grows to, the more meetings you seem to find yourself into. So you need to structure your meetings, you need to step up & step aside, and let your team start to run your meetings.
